The Web-Site is the exclusive property of Red Drink Design and Development, which is the only entity entitled to use the relating intellectual property rights and personal rights, in particular trademarks, design patents, copyrights and rights on image, originally or in accordance with express authorisations. 

* Use of the Web-Site in whole or in part, in particular by means of downloading, reproduction, transmission or representation for other purposes than personal and private non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. 

* red drink design and development commits itself to ensuring, to the best of its ability, that the information posted on the Web-Site is correct and up-to-date. red drink design and development reserves the right to correct the Web-site's content at any time and without warning. However, red drink design and development cannot guarantee the correctness, precision, thoroughness or completeness of the information available on the Web-Site. 

* As a result, red drink design and development cannot be held liable for : 

any precision, inaccuracy or omission relative to the information provided on its Web-Site, any damage resulting from an incursion by a third party leading to a modification of the information provided on this Web-Site; more generally, any damage, direct or indirect, regardless of its cause, origin, nature or consequences, resulting from access to the Web-Site, inability to access to the Web-Site, as well as use of the Web-Site and/or credit given to any information directly or indirectly provided through the Web-Site. * Hypertext links to the Web-Site may only be included with prior written consent from red drink design and development. red drink design and development shall not be held liable or responsible for the contents of any sites which links to its Web-Site. 

* red drink design and development informs visitors to the Web-Site that these conditions can be modified at any time. As soon as these modifications are displayed on line, each visitor who access to the Web-Site is assumed to accept these modifications without reserves. 

* Queensland law will govern the present conditions. Any action or claim related to the use of the Web-Site shall come under the jurisdiction of the Queensland Courts.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

All paid orders are confirmation of the agreement between Red Drink Design and You for a placed order. This may only be changed if both parties agree. By making payment, you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of purchase as set out by Red Drink Design.

You have obtained for yourself and for Red Drink Design all necessary rights and licences to reproduce, modify, enlarge,

distribute, display and use all any part of the artwork, designs and advertising or other messages furnished by You in

connection with an order placed by you.

CANCELLATIONS:

Any order may only be cancelled by mutual agreement and in the event of such cancellation You undertake to reimburse

and cover Red Drink Design for any time expenses and/or charges incurred by Red Drink Design in preparation for and the

execution of an order.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & ARTWORK SERVICE:

All artwork included in package deals or specials are non-refundable. Any refunds exclude time expenses and/or charges

incurred by Red Drink Design in preparation for and the execution of an order. Refunds exclude delivery charges.

We hope you can appreciate that this agreement is in place to keep risk low to all parties, as we have experienced

cancellations after print is complete and left with the cost to us. We want to avoid these situations occurring so as to keep

standards high and fair at all times.
